Things to Know Before Booking
Due to the nature of the permanent makeup services I provide, I screen all my clients. I may ask for photos to better assist me in knowing if you are a candidate for my services. Failure to provide photos may result in my refusal of your service. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Rates Policy
Previous permanent makeup work that is done by other artists is not my work; therefore, if you are a candidate for my services, it will be at the full price rate.
Age Restriction
Clients MUST be 18 years of age or older in order to receive a tattoo in the state of Minnesota. Photo ID must be shown at the time of appointment.
Permanent makeup Booking Fee/Cancellation Fee
A booking fee in the amount of $100 is required to book any Brow, Eyeliner, or Lip service and will be applied to your initial appointment, provided you do not cancel. It is your responsibility to schedule your perfecting (touch-up) session within the allotted time frame (6-10 weeks for brows, 8-12 weeks for eyes/lips); if you do not, you may be subject to refresh pricing rather than the perfecting session pricing for this appointment.
If you do not show up or cancel less than 48 hours prior to your appointment, you forfeit your $100 booking fee for permanent makeup services. This fee is used as a guarantee for your appointment.
Should you fail to show up for your appointment, arrive more than 30 minutes late, or cancel/reschedule without 48 hours' notice, the booking fee will be forfeited.

Cancellation Policy
For Permanent Makeup a 48-hour notice is required in the event you need to cancel/reschedule, or you will be forfeiting your booking fee of $100 (permanent makeup). This includes no-call/no-show. An upfront booking fee equal to half the cost of the service requested will be required in order to make a new appointment. *Booking Fees are nonrefundable*
If 2 appointments of ANY kind are missed (No call, No show) a payment in full will be due in order to make another appointment. This will go towards the cost of your next appointment, but if that appointment is missed, you will forfeit that deposit and will be required to place another deposit to book in the future. *Booking fees are nonrefundable*
Late Arrival Policy
To avoid unfair delays to all clients, if you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be required to reschedule, and you will forfeit your booking fee of $100 (permanent makeup), which is non-refundable and does not get applied to any service. In addition to booking another appointment, a booking fee of half the cost of the service will be required to schedule a new appointment.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise; please understand last-minute changes affect not only your technician but also the ability to fill that time slot. It also affects and inconveniences other clients. If you must reschedule an appointment, a 48 hours notice is required in order to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
Permanent Makeup Perfection Session (Touch-up) Policy
A perfection (touch-up) session is required for each new eyebrow, eyeliner, or lip client. Perfection (touch-up) appointments can be made no sooner than 6 weeks for eyebrows and 8 weeks for eyeliner & lips. Perfecting appointments can be made no later than 12 weeks for brows and 16 weeks for eyes or lips after your 1st session.
If your perfecting session isn't done in the allotted time period, it is no longer an initial touch-up appointment. Due to the added time and materials it takes to do the service, you will be charged the price for a 4 month -1 1/2 year touch-up.
Previous Tattoo Policy
If you have a previous tattoo, please let me know prior to your appointment. I may ask you to send me pictures of your brows, eyeliner, or lips. There is a possibility that you are not a candidate for microblading, and another style will be recommended. It is also a possibility that you may need some form of correction prior to having a new service.
This is a separate fee and appointment. If you come to your appointment without notifying me of the previous tattoo and you are not a candidate for one of my services, your appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged a cancellation fee of $150, which is non-refundable and does not get applied to any future appointments you schedule.
No Guests Please
At Everlasting Aesthetics, we kindly request that you arrive unaccompanied to your appointment. There are no exceptions to this policy. Please do not allow husbands, wives, friends, boyfriends, girlfriends, children, grandchildren and/or pets to accompany you into the studio.
If you have a driver or bring any of the above-mentioned persons with you there are several restaurants and bars in or around the area if your guest(s) would like to wait close by for you to complete your appointment.
